Alex Callaway

Mr. Alex Callaway, age 33, of Murray, Kentucky, died at his home on Monday, May 30, 2022.

Mr. Callaway was born July 18, 1988, in Viroqua, Wisconsin. He was a Recreational Leader at the Kentucky State Penitentiary for the last 9 years. He was a graduate of Murray State University with a B.S.

Preceding him in death was his father, Craig Callaway; one sister, Eliana Callaway; as well as his grandfather, Loren Holman.

Survivors include his wife, Wendy Callaway of Murray, Kentucky, they married on October 31, 2010, in Murray, Kentucky; mother, Julie Callaway-Spratt and stepfather, Bobby Spratt of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; grandmother, Irene Holman of Wisconsin; brother, Seth Callaway and wife Jordan of Mt. Washington, Kentucky; niece, Riley Callaway; nephew, Colin Padden Callaway.

Memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 6, 2022, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Bro. Andy Harrell will officiate. Visitation for family and friends will be held from 12:00 p.m. till 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 6, 2022, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
