Ms. Purdom was born in Murray, Kentucky on November 16, 1967.
Ms. Purdom was preceded in death by her father, Isaac Wells Purdom, Jr.
Ms. Purdom is survived by her mother, Betty Jo Purdom of Murray, Kentucky; two brothers, Isaac Wells "Tripp" Purdom, III and his wife Allyson of Paducah, Kentucky and John Nix Purdom and wife Sherri of Murray, Kentucky; as well as three nieces and one nephew.
A private graveside service will be held. There will be no public visitation or services.
Expressions of sympathy can be made to Mur-ci Home, 2984 Baby Ruth Lane, Antioch, Tennessee 37013 or to the First United Methodist Church, 503 Maple Street, Murray, KY 42071.
