Alva Ray Jaco, 64, of Kirksey, died Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 4:20 p.m. at his home.
He was a retired self employed contractor, was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War doing two tours. Mr. Jaco was born Jan. 10, 1947 in McMinnville, Tn.
He is survived by one daughter, Angel Collins of Kirksey, Ky., two step daughters, Laura Ann Morris of Bristol, Tn. and Jennifer Renne Stewart of Cottontown, Tn., step son, Randall Ray Eli of Springfield, Tn., four sisters, Joyce Seay of Mayfield, Ky., Polly Gonzalez of Ca., Gladys Jaco of Mayfield, Ky., Brenda Axelson of McMinnville, Tn., three brothers, Bobby Jaco, Ronnie Jaco., and Harris Priest all of McMinnville, Tn., eleven grandchildren, Cameron Jaco and Dakota Collins both of Kirksey, Ky., Nicole Commander of Whitehouse, Tn., Bryan Hamric of Louisville,Ky., Brandon Hamric of Memphis, Tn., Candace Leah Stewart of Murray, Ky., Cory Lee Stewart and Paul Alford Stewart both of Cottontown, Tn., and Donald Lee Eli of Murfreesboro, Tn., Jesse Ray Eli of Memphis, Tn., and Randi Rae Eli of Springfield, Tn., also three great grandchildren survive, Haylee Jade Allan of Jacksonville, North Carolina, Gentry and Grayson Commander both of Whitehouse, Tn.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alva Haston and Jimmie Leora Stembridge Jaco, brother, Roger Jaco.
