Amy Cox

Mrs. Amy Wilkerson Cox age 40, of Murray, died Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at her parents' home.
Amy was born October 3, 1972 in Murray, Ky. to Joe and Frances Burton Wilkerson. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Locust Grove Baptist Church. She was a member of the Southwest Elementary PTA, and volunteered also at Southwest.
Survivors include her husband, Matthew Cox of Murray, they married February 23, 2002 in Murray, Ky., daughter, Ciera Nicole Cox of Murray, parents, Joe and Frances Burton Wilkerson of Murray, brother, Mark Wilkerson and wife Suzanne of Paris, Tn.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Kelly and Vonell Burton, and Alston and Larue Wilkerson.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 17, 2013 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home, Bro. Ryker Wilson and Bro. Brett Miles will officiate, and burial will follow in the Murray City Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 16, 2013 from 4-8 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
