Mr. Andrew Wayne Higgins, age 69, of Hardin, Kentucky died at his home on Sunday, April 29, 2018.
Mr. Higgins was born on May 22, 1948 in Murray, Kentucky to the late Daniel N. Higgins and Erlene Colson Higgins. Mr. Higgins was a retired Auto Body & Paint worker. He was a Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War and of the Baptist Faith.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Nell Colson Higgins; one brother, Kerry W. Higgins; and one sister-in-law, Debbie Higgins.
Survivors include one son, Christopher Wayne Higgins of Paducah, Kentucky; one brother, Daniel "Bear" Higgins and wife Pattie of Benton, Kentucky; one niece, Danielle Higgins of Aurora, Kentucky; two nephews, Hassel Higgins of Aurora, Kentucky and Steven Higgins and wife Melissa of Benton, Kentucky; as well as two great nieces, Brianna Higgins and Madisyn Higgins both of Benton, Kentucky.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at Stewart Cemetery with Rev. Elijah Balentine officiating. No public visitation will be held.
