Mr. Andrew "Andy" B. Windsor, 24, of Murray, Kentucky died on Saturday, May 31, 2014 in Hazel, Kentucky.
Mr. Windsor was born in Berrien County Michigan on April 4, 1990. He worked as an assistant at Murray Shoe Repair.
Mr. Windsor is survived by his mother Deborah Windsor of Owensboro, Kentucky; father, Billy Windsor of Murray, Kentucky; sister, Laura Marie Windsor of Owensboro, Kentucky; brother, Michael Windsor and wife Felicia of Burnsville, Minnesota; and maternal grandfather, Clarence Crumley of St. Joseph, Michigan.
He is preceded in death by maternal grandparents, James and Beverly Barwick; and paternal grandparents, James Windsor, Irene Windsor and Reba Windsor.
A private family memorial service will be held. There will be no public visitation or service held.
