Arthur "Frank" Brandon

Mr. Arthur Franklin "Frank" Brandon, 86, of Murray, Kentucky died at his home from an extended illness on Sunday, October 25, 2015.

He was born February 28, 1929 in Buchanan, TN and is the son of the late Alvin Pratt Brandon and Gertrude Walker Brandon. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Martha Brandon of Murray; his brother Alvin Jr. Brandon and his wife Becky; sister-in-law's Myra Brandon and Theda Farris; numerous nieces and nephews; as well as his special caregivers.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Brandon was preceded in death by his brothers Marshall Brandon, Wilford Brandon, Gene Brandon, and Wasson Brandon.

Mr. Brandon served as a Sergeant in the Army during the Korean War and later retired as a Senior Engineering Technician from General Motors in Detroit, MI. He was an active member of the Glendale Road Church of Christ.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 29th, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with John Dale officiating. Burial will follow at Temple Hill Cemetery in Almo, KY. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th, 2015 prior to the funeral service from 9:30 a.m. until funeral hour (11:00 a.m.) at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
