Barbara Nell Gorz

Ms. Barbara Nell Gorz, age 75, of Madisonville, Kentucky, died on Sunday, December 5, 2021, at the Baptist Health Hospital in Madisonville, Kentucky.

Ms. Gorz was born on April 23, 1946, in Hardin, Kentucky to the late AB Knight and Ruth (Rudolph) Knight. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include one daughter, Kim Baker and husband Bob of Pulaski, Tennessee; two sons, Mark Dugger and significant other Lorie Burkeen of Madisonville, Kentucky and Darrell Love of Buchanan, Tennessee; two sisters, Peggy Hutchinson and husband Kenny of Dexter, Kentucky and Sondra Merrick and husband Richard of Princeton, Kentucky; two brothers, Bobby Knight and wife Cedella of Wingo, Kentucky and Terry Knight and wife Charlene of Hardin, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Kyle Baker of Schaumburg, Illinois, Kacie Prince and husband Alan of Shelbyville, Tennessee, Carrie Love of Paducah, Kentucky, and Travis Love of Paducah, Kentucky; as well as two great-grandchildren, Kennedy Prince and Emma Prince both of Shelbyville, Tennessee.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m., on Friday, December 10, 2021, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Bro. Dylan Knight officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., on Friday, December 10, 2021, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
