Beauton Osborn

Mrs. Beauton Osborn, 95, of New Providence, Kentucky died Thursday, April 17, 2014 at her daughter's home in Murray, Kentucky.
She was born January 13, 1919 in Hazel, Ky., to the late Elmus and Louisa Witherspoon Mitchell. She was retired from Murray State University, and was a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Guthrie Osborn, two sons, Jimmy Mitchell Osborn, and Jerry Pat Osborn.
Survivors include two daughters, Judi Osborn of Hazel, Ky., Nancy Gibson and husband Ronnie of Murray, Ky., one son, Bobby Dee Osborn and wife Wanda Faye of Hazel, Ky., one brother, Cliff Mitchell of Murray, eight grandchildren, Carrie Brown and husband Earl of Burbank, Ca., Deedy Dunn, Nix Ann White, Tamara Garrison and husband Mike, Lori Barnett and husband Eugene, Missie Thompson and husband Jason, Shanna Gibson, and Brett Gibson, all of Murray, Ky., also thirteen Great Grandchildren, and thirteen Great Great Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home, Bro. Brett Miles will officiate, and burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Henry Co., Tn. Visitation will be held Monday, April 21, 2014 from 5-8 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
