Billy Frank Adams

Mr. Billy Frank Adams, age 69, of Murray, Kentucky died on Thursday, August 27, 2015 at the Murray Calloway County Hospital.

Mr. Adams was born in Calloway County, Kentucky on April 27, 1946 to the late William Adams and Frankie (Hawthorn) Adams. Mr. Adams was a retired farmer and was a member of the Masons Chapel United Methodist Church.

In addition to his parents Mr. Adams was preceded in death by a son, Wm. Reese Adams, who died in 2001.

He is survived by his wife Sherla Adams of Murray, to who he married on June 3, 1977 in Murray, Kentucky; one daughter, Eleshia Brandon and husband Ricky of Murray, Kentucky; one son, Brooks Underwood and wife Mandy of Murray, Kentucky; two sisters, Kay Adams Greer and husband Tommy of Kirksey, Kentucky and Susie Adams of Hazel, Kentucky; as well as three grandchildren, Rachel Reese Brandon, Brooklynn Raye Underwood and Kamden Elizabeth Underwood all of Murray, Kentucky.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 31, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Murray Memorial Gardens with Jason Pittman officiating. Burial will follow. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 30, 2015 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
