Billy J. McLaren

Mr. Billy J. McLaren, age 50, of Benton, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, July 28, 2023, at Continue CARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah.

          Mr. McLaren was born on October 19, 1972, in Great Bend, Kansas. He was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Murray, Kentucky.

          He was preceded in death by his father, William McLaren; mother, Patricia (Deines) McLaren Adee; grandmother, Nordene Lorson; as well as one cousin, Janessa Keyes.

          Survivors include one sister, Amanda Enochs of Murray, Kentucky; one brother, Barry Thacker and wife LeeAnn of Murray, Kentucky; three nieces, Laken Enochs, Makenzie Enochs, and Tricia Lindsey all of Murray, Kentucky; as well as one nephew, Brian Thacker of Murray, Kentucky.

          A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Monday, August 7, 2023, at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Murray, Kentucky. Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m., Monday, August 7, 2023, at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Murray, Kentucky.
