Gauge is survived by his parents, Brent and Meagan Crouse Roberts of Murray, Kentucky; sister, Peyton Roberts of Murray, Kentucky; paternal grandfather, Billy Roberts of Murray, maternal grandparents, Jimmy Crouse of Murray, and Angie Crouse of Murray.
Gauge was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Gina Roberts.
A private family and friend's graveside service will be held.
