Bobby Dunn

Mr. Bobby Dunn, age 92 of Murray, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, July 5, 2024, at Passion and Purpose in Almo, Kentucky.

He was born in Murray, Kentucky on February 6, 1932 to William H.(Jake) and Alene Dunn. Bob graduated from Murray High School and Murray State University. He became a chemical engineer at BF Goodrich in Calvert City. Later he was supervisor of the Process Analyzer Group and awarded two patents during his career. In 1955 he married Norma Garner for 67 years who was also a graduate of Murray State University. Bob truly loved his family and his three grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them on the family farm.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Norma Dunn who passed away on April 23, 2022 and son Jeff Dunn. Bob is survived by his two sons Steve Dunn and wife Julie of Cedar Hill, TN, and Andy Dunn and wife Tina of Murray, Kentucky, three grandchildren Dr. Jake Dunn (Marci) of Columbus, GA, Zachary Dunn (Destinee) of Cavazos, Texas, Elizabeth Dunn of St. Louis, MO, six great grandchildren Isabella Dunn, Chloe Dunn, Lawson Dunn (Texas), Barrett Dunn, Hudson Dunn, Garner Dunn (Georgia); and one cousin, Steve Andrus (Cindy) of Murray, Kentucky.
