Bobby Meador

Mr. Bobby Meador, age 74, of New Concord, Kentucky died Tuesday, November 03, 2015 at the Murray Calloway County Hospital.

Mr. Meador was born November 23, 1940, in Murray, Kentucky, to the late Joseph and Florence Nanny Meador. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Father and Mother in law, Wavel and Hattie Osbron.

Bobby retired as a farmer, and worked many years in the farm Industry. He was also a member and deacon of the New Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, and was in the Senior Adult Sunday school class.

Survivors include his wife, Loretta Meador of New Concord, Kentucky, they married June 10, 1965, in New Concord, Kentucky; two daughters, Lisa Wurth of Franklin, Tennessee, Robyn Ridgley and Husband Martin of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; three grandchildren, Taylor Wurth of Franklin, Tennessee, Ethan and Emma Ridgley of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; three sisters in law, Dora Corey and husband Dana of New Concord, Kentucky, Brenda Stubblefield and husband Glen of New Concord, Kentucky, and Marsha McClure and husband Don of Murray, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 6, 2015, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. Bro. Stephen Gannaway and Bro. Jack Henshaw will officiate. The burial will follow in the Murray City Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, November 5, 2015 from 4:30 – 8:30 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
