Bonnie Sue Story

Mrs. Bonnie Sue Futrell Story, age 74, of Hopkinsville, Kentucky, died Thursday, February 26, 2015, after a long struggle with cancer, at Bradford Heights Nursing Home in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
Mrs. Story was born March 5, 1941 in Golden Pond, Kentucky. She was a homemaker.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Jane Thurman, step father, M.V. Thurman, and son, Doug Story.
Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Ira Lee Story of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; son, David Story of Houston, Texas; two daughters, Lisa Beals of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Lana Story of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; grandson, DJ Story of Evansville, Indiana, granddaughter, Ashley Sopila of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; great grandchild, Carter Story of Evansville, Indiana.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home, Pastor Matt Johnson will officiate, and burial will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Monday, March 2, 2015 from 5-8 p.m.
