Brenda Jo Williams

Mrs. Brenda Jo Williams, age 71, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, October 1, 2023, at her home.

          Mrs. Williams was born on August 6, 1952, in Albion, Illinois, to the late James Junior Weisenberger and Eleanor Irene Campbell Weisenberger. Brenda was a retired Home Health Nurse and was a member of the Life Tabernacle Church.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Kenneth Ray Weisenberger; grandson, Dawson Whindhorst.

          Survivors include her husband, Darwin Williams of Murray, Kentucky, they married April 17, 1998, in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee; daughter, Sheila Renne Weisenberger of Murray, Kentucky; two sons, Edward Windhorst and wife Melanie of Georgia, and Matthew Williams and wife Lori of Sullivan, Missouri; three sisters, Marilyn Sue McGee and husband Paul of Mt. Carmel, Illinois, Sharon Courtade of Louisiana, and Debra Ann Cumbee and husband Larry of Hickory, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Lydia Ruth Deel, Noah Ray Windhorst, Aubree Williams and Alexandra Williams; two great grandchildren, Everly and Bradley Deel.

          A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Bro. Jarred Borden and Bro. Nathan Gainy will officiate, and burial will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
