Charles Wayne Davis

Mr. C. Wayne Davis, age 77, of Murray, Kentucky died Wednesday, January 20, 2016 at his home.

Mr. Davis was born on June 10, 1938 in Golden Pond, Kentucky to the late Charles Milton Davis and Doris Imo Gillahan Davis. He was a retired carpenter and a member of the Carpenter's Union, as well as a member of Eastwood Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret O'Nan Davis of Almo, Kentucky; three daughters, Jody Kloock of Berea, Ohio, Cindy Zanzano and husband Ron of Berea, Ohio and Amanda Waldrop and husband David of Murray, Kentucky; two sons, Robbie Davis and wife Renee of Berea, Ohio and Mike Davis of Murray, Kentucky; three stepsons, John DuBose and wife Teondra of Dexter, Kentucky, Isaac DuBose of Murray, Kentucky and Jacob DuBose and wife Teresa of Dexter, Kentucky; one sister, Amelia Davis of Berea, Ohio; five grandchildren, Nicki Willis and husband Chad of Powel, Ohio, Brandi DiMarco and husband Sam of Berea, Ohio, Cody Carrow and wife Lexi of Berea, Ohio, Reece Davis of Benton, Kentucky and Justin Davis of Benton, Kentucky; three great grandchildren, MaKayla Willis, Sammy DiMarco, and Elliot Carrow.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Bro. Andy Harrell officiating. Burial will follow in the Matheny Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 8;00 p.m. on Monday, January 25, 2016 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
