Charles "Mike" Outland

Mr. Charles Michael "Mike" Outland, age 61, of Franklin, Tennessee, formerly of Murray, Kentucky, died Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
Mr. Outland was born in Paducah, Kentucky on February 25, 1957 to his parents Charles D. Outland and Mary Elinor (Webb) Outland. Mr. Outland was the previous owner and operator of ABC Cleaning Services in the greater Nashville, Tennessee area. He was a member of the Brentwood Baptist Church in Brentwood, Tennessee, where he served as a deacon. Mr. Outland was also a long-time member and deacon of the Murray First Baptist Church.
Mr. Outland is preceded in death by one sister, Lynne Outland Fenner; maternal grandparents, Paul and Edith Webb; paternal grandparents, Lon and Nellie Outland; father and mother-in-law, Ray V. and Magalene Winstead; as well as a brother-in-law, Darrel Winstead.
Mr. Outland is survived by his parents; wife, Tamara Outland of Franklin, Tennessee; one sister, Dr. Beth Outland Jones and husband Bill of Chesterfield, Missouri; sister-in-law, Marcia Dowdy and husband Todd of Orange Beach, Alabama; brother-in-law, Roger Fenner of Kingston Springs, Tennessee; uncle, William P. Webb and wife Denise LaBelle of Cambridge, Massachusetts; nieces, Megan Dowdy of Birmingham, Alabama, Rebecca Dowdy of Orange Beach, Alabama, Maryann L. Fenner of Kingston Springs, Tennessee, Dr. Amanda Jones Harmon and husband Alex of Safety Harbor, Florida and Caroline Jones Wibbenmeyer and husband Paul of St. Louis, Missouri; as well as nephews, Paul Fenner of Nashville, Tennessee and Nate Jones of St. Louis, Missouri.
Funeral service will be held on Sunday, April 15, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Inman officiating. Burial will follow in the Outland Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the funeral service on Sunday, April 15, 2018 from 12:00- 2:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
