Charlotte Garland McClure

Mrs. Charlotte Garland McClure, age 73, of Murray, Kentucky, died Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at her home.

Mrs. McClure was born December 10, 1942 in Kirksey, Kentucky, to the late W.J. Garland and Christine Smith Garland. She was retired from Mattel Fisher-Price, was a member of the Union Hill Church of Christ, and the Adult Sunday school class.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Jerry McClure; sister, Mary Sue Shiltz; brother, Fred M. Garland.

Survivors include her husband, Pearly D. McClure of Murray, Kentucky, they married December 30, 1973 in Kirksey, Kentucky; two daughters, Jo Ann Allbritten Erwin of Paris, Tennessee, and Tammy Odom and husband Jim of Benton, Kentucky; son, Keith Allbritten and wife Lisa of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; also seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.

Memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 27, 2016 at the Union Hill Church of Christ. David Hendrickson will officiate, and Josh Herndon will lead congregational singing. Visitation will be held from 1p.m. till 2p.m. Saturday at the Union Hill Church of Christ.
