Mr. Cole Samuel Salyer, age 32, of Almo, Kentucky, died Wednesday, June 15, 2016 in a motor vehicle wreck in Dexter, Kentucky.
He was born on January 1, 1984 in Murray, Kentucky and graduated Calloway County High School in 2002.
Cole was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Ray Salyer and paternal grandmother, Fay Travis.
He is survived by his mother, Tammy (Haley) Salyer of Almo, Kentucky; his father, Tony Salyer of Hardin, Kentucky; one son, Kalen Salyer of Almo, Kentucky; twin sister, Carla Salyer-Franklin of Murray, Kentucky; maternal grandparents. Charles and Louise Haley of Dexter, Kentucky.
A graveside service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Saturday, June 18, 2016 in the Stewart Cemetery with John Dale, Rick Edwards and James Rickman officiating. The J.H. Churchill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
