Mr. David K. Kingins age 68, of Murray, Ky., died Monday, April 15, 2013 at the Murray Calloway Co. Hospital.
Born April 1, 1945 in Bumphis Mills, Tn., to the late W.T. (Billy) and Edna Page Kingins. He was retired from the Kentucky State Department of Highways, and was a member of the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church; he was also member of the Murray Masonic Lodge F&AM 105.
Survivors include his wife, Kay Kingins of Murray; they married December 8, 1995 in Murray, Ky., two sons, Kenny Wayne Kingins and wife Karen of Murray, Kim Kingins of Murray, one brother, Billy Joe Kingins and wife Shirley of New Providence, Ky., three grandchildren, Kort Kingins, Trice Kingins, and Nick Miller all of Murray, also one great grandchild, Eli Kingins of Murray.
Mr. Kingins was preceded in death by his parents, and one sister, June Curd.
A Memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m., Thursday, April 18, 2013 at the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, Rev. Eugene Burkeen and Rev. Jim Stahler will officiate. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 18, 2013 from 11 a.m. till 1 p.m. at the church.
