Deborah Faye Cagle

Mrs. Deborah Faye Cagle, age 60, of Puryear, Tennessee, died Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at her home.

Mrs. Cagle was born on November 20, 1956 in Mayfield, Kentucky. Mrs. Cagle was a registered nurse and was a member of the Coldwater Church of Christ.

Mrs. Cagle was preceded in death by her father, Clayton "Bill" Adams; as well as two brothers and one sister.

She is survived by her husband, Doug Cagle of Puryear, Tennessee; her mother, Rachel Evelyn (Morgan) Adams of Murray, Kentucky; adopted daughter, Shaylyn Rachel Cagle of Paris, Tennessee; son, Michael Cagle and wife Jaime of Puryear, Tennessee; step-son, Paul Cagle of Cincinnati, Ohio; sister, Mary Barrow and husband Hal of New Concord, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Jaiden Jones and Alyina Jones both of Paris, Tennessee; as well as several nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 20, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Orliss Terry officiating. Burial will follow in the Coldwater Church of Christ Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the funeral service on Monday, November 20, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until funeral hour at the funeral home.
