Dennis Earl Vaughn

         Mr. Dennis Earl Vaughn, age 74, of Almo, Kentucky, passed away, Friday, March 8, 2024, at Spring Creek Healthcare in Murray, Kentucky.

          Mr. Vaughn was born in Dexter, Missouri on January 7, 1950, to the late Earl Vaughn and Opal Ragland Vaughn. He was a retired truck driver and a member of the Dexter Pentecostal Church. He enjoyed meeting friends for coffee each morning, the outdoors, fishing, and his beloved cat, Skunky.

          In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepmother, Virginia Vaughn.

          Survivors include one daughter, Angela Ferrell and husband George of Inman, South Carolina; one son, Anthony “Tony” Vaughn of Monroe, North Carolina; one sister; Patricia “Patti” Copeland and husband Austin of Murray, Kentucky; two nieces, Opal Copeland and Sheila Roberts and husband Willie all of Murray, Kentucky; special friends, Diane Thomas, Renee Kukowski, and Jessie Kukowski; as well as extended family and loved ones. 

          There will be a private family graveside service held at Shiloh Cemetery.
