Ms. Donna Kay Slater, age 63, of Murray, Kentucky, died on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center at Mercy Health in Paducah, Kentucky.
Ms. Slater was born on December 10, 1957, in Calloway County, Kentucky to the late Leonard Brice Boyd and Dorothy Mae (Jones) Boyd. She was of the Mormon Faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Erica Long; as well as two brothers, Ronnie Boyd and Jimmy Dale Boyd.
Survivors include one son, James Slater of Murray, Kentucky.
There will be no public service or visitation held at this time.
