Donnie "Slim" Hudson

Mr. Donnie "Slim" Hudson, age 65, of Almo, Kentucky, died on Saturday, January 4, 2020, at the Murray-Calloway County Hospital.
Mr. Hudson was born August 6, 1954 in Trigg County, Kentucky. He was owner and operator of Donnie Hudson Body Shop for 41 years and was a member of the Dexter-Hardin United Methodist Church.
Mr. Hudson was preceded in death by his father, James Hudson; brother, Lannie Hudson; and niece, Tessa Hudson.
Mr. Hudson is survived by his wife, Carla Hudson of Almo, Kentucky, they married on May 12, 1973 in Dexter, Kentucky; mother, Barbara Hudson of Murray, Kentucky; sister, Becky Hudson of Murray, Kentucky; brother, Ronnie Hudson and wife Ann of Gilbertsville, Kentucky; two sisters in law, Wanda Tucker of Murray, Kentucky and Chandra Britt and husband Trey of Murray, Kentucky; brother in law, Charles Watkins and wife Linda of Camden, Tennessee; also several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Bro. Richard Burkeen will officiate, and burial will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. till 1 p.m., Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at the Funeral Home.
