Doris Sunshine Robertson

Mrs. Doris Sunshine Robertson, age 94, of Murray, Kentucky died on Friday, August 24, 2018 at Spring Creek Health Care in Murray, Kentucky.
Mrs. Robertson was born in Calloway County, Kentucky on December 10, 1923 to the late George Andrew Coles and Bessie Agnes (Shelton) Coles. Mrs. Robertson was a homemaker and was a member of the Martin's Chapel United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Robertson was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Robertson; two grandchildren, Bill Robertson and Tony Robertson; a daughter-in-law, Patricia Robertson; three sisters, Prudye Adams, Iva Nesbitt and Hilda Foster; and four brothers, Clarence, Harry, Hilman and Hubert Coles.
Mrs. Robertson is survived by two sons, Steve Robertson and special friend Lynda Shouse of Murray, Kentucky and Joe Pat Robertson and wife Jo Beth of Almo, Kentucky; one sister-in-law, Freda Lovett of Murray, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Michael Robertson, Joe Mark Robertson and Nancy Adams; 10 great-grandchildren, Bracken Robertson, Brady Robertson, Emily Robertson, Brittany Robertson, Levi Robertson, Will Robertson, Ellie Adams, Hatton Adams, Kimberly Robertson and Jacey Minter; as well as one great – great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 27, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Escue, Rev. Jim Stahler and Rev. Glenn Hill officiating. Burial will follow in the Martin's Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 26, 2018 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
