Dorothy Davenport Barrow

Mrs. Dorothy Anne Davenport Barrow, age 82, of Hazel, Kentucky, died on Sunday, June 25, 2017 at her home.

Mrs. Barrow was born on January 3, 1935 to the late Rexie Irvin Davenport and Ila Mae Hutson Davenport. She retired as Vice President of Bank of Murray after thirty-seven years of service.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Hubert R. Barrow and one brother, Joseph R. Davenport.

Survivors include one daughter, Jane Anne Barrow of Todd, Pennsylvania; one son, W. Scott Barrow and wife Stephanie of Hazel, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Katlyn Barrow of North Carolina, Keeley Barrow Santel and husband Cody of Benton, Kentucky and Chase Barrow of Hazel, Kentucky; also surviving is niece Melia Redden and husband Randy of Murray, Kentucky; as well as numerous other nephews and nieces.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with John Dale officiating. Burial will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
