Mrs. Dorothy Elizabeth Major, age 92, of Murray, Kentucky, died Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at the Murray Calloway County Hospital.
Mrs. Major was born August 31, 1924 in Logan County, Kentucky, to the late Horace Clarence Tucker and Lizzie Maude Suddeth Tucker. She was a homemaker, and was of the Methodist faith.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Major was preceded in death by her husband, Malcom Major.
Survivors include one daughter, Martha Leilani Wallace and husband Scott of Murray, Kentucky.
Graveside services will be held 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 17, 2016 at the Belmont Cemetery in Allensville, Kentucky. No public visitation will be held.
