Dorothy Montgomery

Mrs. Dorothy Montgomery, age 86, of Murray Kentucky, died Tuesday, June 01, 2010 at 10:00 pm at Spring Creek Health Care.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of Coldwater United Methodist Church.
She was born September 25, 1923 to the late Tiny and Vidie Fergerson Shakelford. In addition to her parents she is also preceded by her husband Robert “Bob” Montgomery.
She is survived by her son Tom Montgomery and wife Rita of Owensboro Kentucky, two grandchildren, Lindsey Montgomery and Abby Montgomery both of Owensboro Kentucky, two cousins, Margaret Mefford of Franklin Tennessee and Joe Montgomery of Nashville Tennessee
Graveside services will be held Friday, June 4, 2010 at 10:00 am in the New Concord Cemetery. Rev Tim Palmer will officiate. Visitation will be held Thursday, June 3, 2010 from 4:00 – 8:00 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at; www.thejhchurchillfuneralhome.com.
