Mrs. Dortha Nell Dunn age 90, of Murray, Ky., died Saturday, March 30, 2013 at her home.
Mrs. Dunn was born September 11, 1922 in Henry Co., Tn., to the late Porter and Mary Parker Elkins. She was the Former owner and operator of Kut and Kurl Beauty Shop, and was also a member of the University Church of Christ.
Mrs. Dunn is survived by one son, Vic Dunn of Murray, three sisters, Oleta Burkeen and husband Charlie of Murray, Faye Puckett of Murray, and Ann Pauline Lee of Royal Oak, Mi., also one grandchild, Jonathan Dunn of Louisville, Ky., sister in law, Margaret Dunn of Murray, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Dunn was preceded by her husband, John Dunn, son, Terry Dunn, and brothers in law, James Dunn, Larry Puckett, and John Lee.
Private family services will be held with the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home in charge.
