Earl "Bubby" Wilson

Mr. Earl Nix "Bubby" Wilson, age 73, of Hazel, Kentucky died Friday, August 10, 2018 at St. Thomas Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.
Mr. Wilson was born in Calloway County, Kentucky on July 1, 1945 to the late Earl Nix Wilson, Sr. and Lucille Hicks Wilson. He was a farmer and a former employee of Tappan and Ryan Milk. Mr. Wilson was a graduate of Calloway County High School and a member of the Scotts Grove Baptist Church. He was an avid hunter and loved to support all of his grandchildren's activities.
Survivors include his wife Carolyn Garrison Wilson, to whom he was married on July 17, 1965 in Calloway County; one daughter, Lorie Kelly and husband Mike of Murray, Kentucky; one son, Daron Wilson and wife Julie of Hazel, Kentucky; one sister, Patricia Allbritten and husband Hal of Murray, Kentucky; also surviving are four grandchildren, Claire Wilson of Hazel, Kentucky, Reese Wilson of Hazel, Kentucky, Grace Kelly of Murray, Kentucky, and Garrison Kelly of Murray, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Carter and Rev. Terry Joselyn officiating. Burial will follow in the Scotts Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Monday, August 13, 2018 at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
