Eleanor Greenfield Miller

Mrs. Eleanor Ann Greenfield Miller, 75, of Lynn Grove, KY, died Friday, August 12, 2011 at her home following an extended illness.
Mrs. Miller was born in Detroit, Michigan on April 15, 1936 to the late Luther Greenfield and Shirley Greenfield Hurt. Mrs. Miller was a graduate of Murray High School as well as Murray State University. Mrs. Miller retired from the Calloway Co. school system, after 27 years of teaching. She was a member of the Salem Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school and was a member of the Ladies Prayer Group.
Mrs. Miller is survived by her husband of 52 years, Ferrell Miller of Lynn Grove; one son, Brad Miller and wife Kathy of Lynn Grove; two daughters, Tammie Crouch and husband Ricky of Murray and Melissa Green and husband Dennis of Kirksey, KY; one brother, Louie Greenfield and wife Carolyn of Murray; two sisters, Davanna Woods and husband Kelly of Murray and Beverly Ray and husband Ronald of Mayfield; six grandchildren, David and Marci Crouch of Murray, Josh and Jessica Miller of Lynn Grove, Jay and Delissa Green of Kirksey; as well as several nieces, nephews, brother and sister-in-laws.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 14, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Bro. John Sheppard and Bro. Phillip Bazzell officiating. Special remarks by family friend Gary Lester. Burial to follow in the Salem Cemetery in Lynn Grove, KY. Visitation will be held on Saturday evening form 4:00 -8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
