Euva Myrtlene Towery

Mrs. Euva Myrtlene Towery, age 89, of Murray, Kentucky, died Sunday, April 17, 2016 at Spring Creek Health Care.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Green Plain Church of Christ.

Mrs. Towery was born June 16, 1926 in Calloway County, Kentucky to the late Herman and Goldie Carraway Holland. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by two daughters, Marlyn Towery and Brenda Carol Towery; two brothers, Wilton Holland and Wyvan Holland.

She is survived by her husband, Frank Towery of Murray, Kentucky; they were married September 27, 1952 in Murray, Kentucky. Also survived by one son Steve Towery of Murray, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Heath Towery, Erin Towery and Brett Towery; one great grandchild, Bentley Towery.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 am Wednesday, April 20, 2016 in the chapel of the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. John Dale will officiate with burial to follow in the Green Plain Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5:00 – 8:00 pm Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at the funeral home
