Eva Carol Darnell

Mrs. Eva Carol Darnell, age 54, of Hardin, Kentucky, died Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at the Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Mrs. Darnell was born in Salem, Kentucky on July 21, 1963. Mrs. Darnell prior to becoming ill was the Finance Secretary at North Elementary for 15 years and a member of the Hardin Baptist Church.

Mrs. Darnell is survived by her husband, Greg Darnell of Hardin, Kentucky, to whom she married on March 3, 1991 in Providence, Kentucky; her parents, Noble and Carolyn Cobb of Sturgis, Kentucky; two sons, Casey Darnell and wife Laken of Farmington, Kentucky and Jake Darnell and wife Zaya of Benton, Kentucky; two sisters, Debbie Eubank and husband Cliff of Sturgis, Kentucky and Felicia Holloman and husband Joey of Madisonville, Kentucky; one grandchild, Lorelye Darnell of Farmington, Kentucky; niece, Jessica Miller and husband Tyler of Glasgow, Kentucky; as well as her father and mother-in-law, Dan and Judy Darnell of Farmington, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 23, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Hardin Baptist Church with Bro. Ricky Cunningham officiating. Burial will follow in the Hardin Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 22, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. There will also be visitation at Hardin Baptist Church prior to the funeral service on Monday, October 23, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. until funeral hour.
