Faye Marie Pyle

Mrs. Faye Marie Pyle, 98, entered into rest at 1:15 a.m. Friday, September 26, 2014, at Spring Creek Health Care, Murray, Kentucky. Mrs. Pyle was born in Martin, Tennessee, to Wilburn C. and Sarah Anna Conley. She graduated from Beelerton High School and worked in the Agricultural Adjustment Administration (Triple A) office in Clinton, Kentucky, where she met her future husband, Raymond. Faye and Raymond were married December 26, 1941, and enjoyed 62 years together. To this union three children were born.
After devoting several treasured years to raising their young children, Mrs. Pyle returned to the workforce and was later elected to the office of Circuit Court Clerk of Hickman County. She was a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church in Hickman County before retiring as Circuit Clerk and moving to Murray in 1978. She and Raymond then became members of Goshen UMC.
In addition to her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by son, Buddy Ray Pyle (1969), siblings Helen Killion and Dr. Jim Conley, and nephew Steve Killion.
Survivors include son, Billy Joe Pyle and wife Yvette of Murray, Kentucky, daughter, Lana Faye Jennings and husband Doyan also of Murray. Grandchildren are Amy Pyle Futrell, Murray; Russell Jennings wife Karie, Franklin, TN; Ryan Jennings, Broomfield, CO and Dr. Emily Pyle Finney husband Brad, Nashville, TN. Great grandchildren are Megan Johnson and husband Josh Abby Futrell, Hunter Jennings, Evan Jennings, and Kendra Jennings. A great-great grandson is Kaden Mohler. Other special survivors are James 'Buck' Killion and wife Joanne, brother-in-law; Melissa Killion, niece; and Samm Henness, cousin.
Graveside services will be held 1:30 p.m., Sunday, September 28, 2014 at Springhill Cemetery in Hickman County, Kentucky, Rev. Tim Palmer will officiate. Visitation will be held Saturday, September, 27, 2014 from 5-8 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
