Finis Clinton Barrow

Mr. Finis Clinton Barrow, age 95, of Murray, Kentucky, formerly of the New Providence Community, died on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at the Murray Calloway County Hospital.
Mr. Barrow was born in Stewart County, Tennessee on July 31, 1921 to the late Henry Finis Barrow and Florence (Wofford) Barrow. Mr. Barrow was a carpenter and had worked at Tappan Manufacturing Company. He was a member of the New Providence Church of Christ and was an Army veteran of WWII.
In addition to his parents Mr. Barrow was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Earl (Mathis) Barrow; one son, Dan Barrow; as well as four brothers and three sisters.
Survivors include three sons; Flenoy Barrow and wife Loretta of Kirksey, Kentucky, Dale Barrow and wife Dot of Murray, Kentucky and David Barrow and wife Brenda of Murray, Kentucky; one sister, Imogene Austin of Paducah, Kentucky; eight grandchildren; Clinton Barrow and wife Christy of Paducah, Kentucky, Tina M. Carter and husband Phillip of Murray, Kentucky, Kevin Barrow of Murray, Kentucky, Shellie Barrow of Murray, Kentucky, Landon Barrow and wife Kacee of Almo, Kentucky, Seth Barrow and wife Jenna of Sacket Harbor, New York, Grant Barrow and fiancé Chelsea of Murray, Kentucky and Amanda Futrell and husband Kirt of Nashville, Tennessee; three step grandchildren, Sandi Kemp, Jennifer Collins and Ashley Ward all of Murray, Kentucky; 15 great grandchildren; as well as two step great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 24, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with John Dale and Carl Hardie officiating. Burial will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 23, 2017 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
