Fray Carson

Mr. Fray Carson, 86, of Kirksey, Ky., died Sunday, May 30, 2010 at 5:10 p.m. at his home.
Born September 18, 1923 in Kirksey, Ky., he was a retired mechanic, and was of the Baptist faith. He was a Navy Veteran of WWII.
He is survived by his wife, Iva Dell Davis Carson of Kirksey, Ky., they married April 5, 1947 in Corinth, Ms., Son Gary Carson (Kay) of Paducah, Ky., two Grandchildren, Donna Owen (Jason) of Warner Robins, Ga., Patty Russian (Mike) of Paducah, Ky., three great grandchildren, Kody and Kristen Taylor Owen of Warner Robins, Ga., and Sean Monroe of Paducah, Ky.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles W. and Altie Robertson Carson, three brothers, Lenis, Loyd, and Fred Carson, three Sisters, Beulah Williams, Freda Graham, and Margaret Wilkins.
Funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home, Charles Palmer and Rev. Curtis Rice will officiate, and burial will be in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 1, 2010 from 5-7 p.m. at the Funeral home.
