Fred Thomas Lee

Mr. Fred Thomas "Freddy" Lee, age 77, of Murray, Kentucky died on Monday, June 16, 2014 at his home.
Mr. Lee was born in Calloway County Kentucky on December 12, 1936 to the late Fred Taylor Lee and Rubena (Mason) Lee. Mr. Lee retired from the sanitation department at Murray State University after 30 years. He was a Marine veteran and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his parents Mr. Lee was preceded in death by his wife, Irma Lee; one sister, Rosie Hicks; and by one brother, Billy Joe Lee.
Mr. Lee is survived by one son, Lynn Lee of Murray, Kentucky; one sister, Linda Williams and husband Steve of Almo, Kentucky; one grandson, Thomas Allen Lee of Murray, Kentucky; as well as several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at Murray Memorial Gardens with Rev. Tim Palmer officiating. Burial will follow.
There is no public visitation scheduled.
