Freda Elliott

Mrs. Freda Elliott, age 60, of Murray, Kentucky, died Wednesday, July 08, 2015 at her home.

She was a retired personal caregiver and a member of the Trinity Christian Center.

She was born in Cadiz, Kentucky on December 2, 1954 to the late Calvert R. and Ollie C. Colson. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by one sister, Frances Colson and one brother Bobby Colson.

Mrs. Elliott is survived by her husband David M. Elliott of Murray, Kentucky. They were married in Murray, Kentucky on March 19, 2001. Also survived by one daughter, Keara R. Crouse and husband Greg of Leesville, Louisiana; one step daughter, Jennifer Elliott of Wingo, Kentucky; four step sons, Joshua Elliott and wife Brittany of Mayfield, Kentucky, Jason Elliott and wife Amber of Fulton, Kentucky, Joe Elliot and wife Paula of Lexington, Kentucky and Justin Elliott of South Fulton, Tennessee; two sisters, Rita J. Flood of Murray, Kentucky and Ava L. Peal and husband Ricky of Almo, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Owen Crouse and Caleb Crouse both of Leesville, Louisiana, Sadie Elliott of Fulton, Kentucky, Bryson Byassee of Wingo, Kentucky and Madeline Elliott of Lexington, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, July 12, 2015 in the chapel of the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. J.M. Harris will officiate with burial to follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in L.B.L. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 4:00 – 8:00 on Saturday, July 11, 2015.
