Gail Knight

Mrs. Gail Knight, age 60, of Murray, Kentucky, died Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at her home.
Mrs. Knight was born in Calloway County, Kentucky on April 17, 1958. Mrs. Knight was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.
Mrs. Knight was preceded in death by her parents, Ernie G. Sherdian and Donna Jean (Rogers) Sheridan Norsworthy; a grandson, William Andrew Knight; two step-sisters; and by one step brother.
Mrs. Knight is survived by her husband Roy Keith Knight of Murray, Kentucky, to whom she married on February 15, 2000; one daughter, Jennifer Burkeen Linn of Murray ,Kentucky; one son, James Burkeen and wife Catherine of Murray, Kentucky; one step daughter, Amanda Clark and husband Gary of Murray, Kentucky; one step son, Shane Knight and wife Monica of Murray, Kentucky; one sister, Pam Ferguson and husband Bob of Madisonville, Kentucky; one brother, Terry Sheridan of Murray, Kentucky; three step sisters; one step brother; as well as seven grandchildren, Will Burkeen, Ellie Burkeen, Eva Linn, Mason Linn, John Morgan Knight, Ethan Clark and Isabella Clark.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 13, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Palmer and Rev. Boyd Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Murray City Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 12, 2018 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
