Mr. Gerard Dericks

Mr. Gerard “Jerry” Dericks, age 75, of Murray, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2026, at the Anna Mae Owen Residential Hospice House in Murray, Kentucky.

Mr. Dericks was born on July 15, 1950, in Patterson, New Jersey to the late Richard Dericks and Eleanor (Yost) Dericks. He was a retired sheet metal worker.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Bruce Dericks.

Survivors include his wife Susan (Metzgar) Dericks; four daughters, Jen Dericks, Lorie Dericks, Tif Cleveland, and Kris Barley; two sons, Scott Dericks and Jason Dericks; three brothers, Rich Dericks, Pete Dericks, and Paul Dericks; 14 grandchildren, Stephen, David, Olivia, Heather, Cody, Kendall, Lauren, Levi, Destiny, Steven, Eli, Melissa, Christa, and Windy; as well as eight great-grandchildren.

In accordance with Mr. Dericks wishes there will be no public services or visitation held.
