Gerry Edward Requarth

Mr. Gerry Edward Requarth age 77, of Murray, Ky., died Friday, February 3, 2012 at his home. He was born Nov. 14, 1934 in St. Louis, Mo., to the late Frank Edward and Margaret L. Withington Requarth.
Mr. Requarth was retired from the City of Murray after 30 years of service in the Natural Gas system. He was a Navy Veteran of the Korean War and was a member of the USS Caliente' Association. He was also a member of the Cherry Corner Baptist Church.
He is survived by one daughters, Sherri Catlett and husband Kyrile of Murray, Ky., and one step daughter, Sheila Stewart and husband James of Murray, Ky., one son, Eddie Requarth and wife Staci of Texarkana, Tx., and one step son, Daniel Holskey and wife Belvia of Murray, Ky., one sister, Jane Ann Pindell of Arkansas, also fifteen grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Jeri Colleen Jones Requarth, and Sister Jean Frankie Rhodes.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. J.H. Churchill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
