Glenn Edwin Paschall

Mr. Glenn Edwin Paschall, 96, of Hazel, KY died at his home on Friday, May 18, 2012.
Mr. Paschall was born in Crossland, Kentucky on May 7, 1916 to the late Hanzy Paschall and Grace Brown Paschall. Mr. Paschall retired from West Kentucky Rural Telephone Company in Mayfield, Kentucky after 42 years of service. Mr. Paschall was a tobacco farmer, and was known for raising Belgium horses and ponies. Mr. Paschall was a member of the Hazel Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Paschall was preceded in death by his wife, McKellar Jones Paschall, who died in 1994; and by one brother, Densil Paschall.
Mr. Paschall is survived by one daughter, Mary Diane Richerson and husband Dwain of Hazel, Kentucky; one son, Thomas Edwin Paschall and wife Betty of Puryear, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Melissa Richerson Lamb and husband David of Murray, Kentucky, Edwin Dwain Richerson of Hazel, Kentucky, Lucretia Veazey and husband Duke of Puryear, Tennesse and Beverly Fridy and husband Joe Bill of Puryear, Tennessee; four great grandchildren, Carl Thomas Veazey and wife Jennifer of Hazel, Kentucky, Gail Fridy Gray and husband Phil of Memphis, Tennessee, Lee Veazey Overbey and husband Brian of Murray, Kentucky, William Grant Fridy of Puryear, Tennessee and Thomas Edwin Fridy of Memphis, Tennessee; as well as four great great grandchildren, Riley Veazey and Andie Veazey both of Hazel, Kentucky, and Aiden Overbey and Audrey Overbey both of Murray, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with Brother Edgar Lee Paschall, Rev. Kerry Lambert and Brother Brent Lee officiating. Burial to follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Monday, May 21, 2012 at the funeral home.
