Mr. Hal K. Hosford, age 73, of Murray, Kentucky, died on Saturday, July 25, 2020, at the Anna Mae Owen Residential Hospice House in Murray, Kentucky.
Mr. Hosford was born on August 22, 1946, in Calloway County, Kentucky to the late Kirby and Elizabeth Ryan Hosford. Mr. Hosford was a retired machinist and a member of the Kirksey Church of Christ. He was also a National Guard Army Veteran during the Vietnam War.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by four brothers, Larry Hosford, Billy Joe Hosford, Kenneth Hosford, and Keith Hosford; as well as a granddaughter, Lindsey Rose Oliver.
Survivors include his wife, Shelby Hosford of Murray, Kentucky; two daughters, Kimberly Paschall and husband Joe Wade of Hazel, Kentucky and Debbie Oliver and husband David of Murray, Kentucky; as well as four grandchildren, Jonathan Paschall, Kaci Paschall both of Hazel, Kentucky, and Will Oliver and Jacob Oliver both of Murray, Kentucky.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at the Hicks Cemetery. Steven Hunter will officiate, and burial will follow. No public visitation will be held.
