Harold L. Pittman

Mr. Harold L. Pittman, age 60, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, May 10, 2024, at the Murray-Calloway County Hospital.

Mr. Pittman was born in Murray, Kentucky on November 2, 1963. He was employed at Saputo in Murray, Kentucky before becoming ill and had served as former Mayor of the city of Hazel, Kentucky. 

Mr. Pittman was preceded in death by his father, John Edward Pittman; grandmother, Pauline Pittman; grandfather, John Ed Pittman; and by one brother, Timothy A. Pittman.

He is survived by his wife, Valerie (Hendon) Pittman of Murray, Kentucky, to whom he was married on August 2, 1997, in Hazel, Kentucky; his mother, Katherine Kendall of Hazel, Kentucky; one daughter, Bailey Boyd of New York; two sons, Mario Allen of Memphis, Tennessee and Cameron Pittman and wife Mary Lou of Danville, Kentucky; as well as two sisters, Sandra Kay Gray and husband Curtis of Murray, Kentucky and Judy Kendall of Hazel, Kentucky. 

A memorial visitation for Mr. Pittman will be held from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
