Mr. Harold G. Quiram Sr. age 89, of Murray, Kentucky, died Saturday, December 31, 2016 at the Murray Calloway County Hospital.
Mr. Quiram was born in Chicago, Illinois on February 9, 1927 to the late Paul Otto Quiram and Olga Selingbinder Quiram. He was a mold maker in the tool and die industry and a former Technical Sergeant in the Army Air Force, serving in both World War II and the Korean War.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn Quiram and one brother, Roy P. Quiram.
Survivors include two daughters, Barbara A Mitchelle and Shirley R. Hoppe, three sons, Harold G. Quiram, Jr., Kenneth Paul Quiram and Paul Otto Quiram, two sisters, Florence Kier and Ruth Rigg, 15 grandchildren, Michael Witt, Derek Witt, David Mitchell, James Mitchell, Jennifer Mitchell, Jason Quiram, Jeremiah Quiram, Joshua Quiram, Kenneth Quiram, Jessica Marko, Patty Quiram, Hal Jr. Quiram, Megan Hoppe, Taylor Hoppe and Devin Hoppe. Six great-grandchildren also survive.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. J.H. Churchill Funeral is in charge of arrangements.
