Helen Louise Donelson

Mrs. Helen Louise Donelson, age 88, of Murray Kentucky, died Thursday, September 29, 2011 at 4:15 a.m. at Spring Creek Health Care.
She was a member of the Russell Chapel United Methodist Church; attended Glendale Road Church of Christ; she was a former employee of the Murray Office of the U. S. Postal Service as a clerk and carrier.
She was born February 20, 1923 in Paducah Kentucky to the late John and Helene Pruitt Nance. In addition to her parents she is also preceded in death by her husband Buell Donelson; two grandchildren, Blaine Donelson Jr, Lisa Joy Bono; one great grandchild Ashton Nicole Bono
She is survived by two daughters, Brenda Donelson of Murray, Kentucky, Betty Kelso and husband Al of Murray Kentucky; Five sons, Buell Donelson Jr and wife Diane of Murray, Kentucky, Bobby Donelson and wife Pam of Anaheim California, Barry Donelson and wife Dolly of Murray, Kentucky, Buster Donelson and wife Linda of Fountain Valley California, Blaine Donelson and wife Phyllis of Goodlettsville, Tennessee; twelve grandchildren, Brad Kelso, Allen Kelso, Christy Seavers, Jeremy Donelson, James Barnett, Buell Donelson III, Rachael Ouellette, Eric Donelson, Cynthia Strange, Brett Donelson, Brandy Loken, Brian Donelson; fifteen great grandchildren also survive.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 2, 2011 in the chapel of the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. Bro. Hugh Kelso and John Dale will officiate with burial to follow in the Fossett Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday, October 1, 2011 from 4:00 – 8:00 at the funeral home.
