Herbert Boyle

Mr. Herbert Boyle, 88, of Murray, KY, died Thursday, October 14, 2010 at the Murray Calloway Co. Hospital.
Mr. Boyle was born in Stewart Co., TN on Feb. 21, 1922 to the late David Horn Boyle and Annie Champion Boyle. Mr. Boyle was a retired farmer and carpenter. He was an Army veteran of WWII and a member of the Glendale Road Church of Christ.
Mr. Boyle is survived by his wife, Deloris Taylor Boyle of Murray; they were married on Dec. 6, 1968 in Calloway Co., KY; three daughters Pam Banker and husband Ron of Smyrna, TN; Angela Darnell and husband Chris of Murray; Annie Dukes and husband Rodney of Murray; one son, Gary Boyle and wife Deborah of Murray; eight grandchildren, Ricky and Jeffrey Boyle, Melissa Banker, Samantha, Jeremy, and Jarrett Darnell, Dakota and Megan Dukes; as well as two great grandchildren, Natalie and Oliva.
In addition to his parents Mr. Boyle was preceded in death by, two infant sons, Randall and David Boyle, sister, Clemis Newberry, two brothers, Carmel and Orville Boyle, one half brother, Marvin Boyle, seven half sisters, and one grandson, Robbie Banker.
Funeral services will be held Monday, October 18, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with John Dale officiating. Burial to follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 17, 2010 also at the funeral home.
