Hubert Brandon

Mr. Hubert Brandon, age 86, of Murray, Kentucky, died, Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at his home.
He was retired from used car sales for Crouse Motor Sales; he was of Baptist faith; he was an Army Veteran of WWII.
He was born in Calloway County, Kentucky on November 17, 1926 to the late Tilmon and Betty Phillips Brandon. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by his daughter Mary Lisa Brandon and his brother Hobert Brandon.
He is survived by his wife Mary Steely Brandon of Murray, Kentucky; they were married in 1948 in Corinth Mississippi. two daughters, Debra Himes and husband Tommy of Franklin, Tennessee, Carol O'Brien and husband Michael of Murray, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Mary Mohr and husband Sean, Caroline Himes; two great grandchildren, Connor Mohr and Alex Mohr.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 2, 2013 in the chapel of J. H. Churchill Funeral Home. Tim Palmer will officiate with burial to follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Friday, August 2, 2013 from 12:00 noon till funeral hour at the funeral home.
