James Harold Beane

Mr. James Harold Beane, age 83, of Murray, Kentucky, died on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at his home.

Mr. Beane was born on July 1, 1932 in Lynn Grove, Kentucky, to the late Dempsey and Bessie Beane. He retired from the Murray Division of Tappan after twenty- one years of service, was a self-employed Carpenter and the owner and operator of James Antiques. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by four brothers, Willoughby Beane, Lloyd Beane, Buel Beane, and Halford Beane, as well as two sisters, Modele Thweatt and Lyda woods.

Mr. Beane is survived by his wife, Jonelle Steely Beane of Murray, Kentucky; one son, Tim Beane and wife Treasa of Hazel, Kentucky; two sisters, Verlene Joseph of Kirksey, Kentucky, and Linda Faye Wilkerson of Murray, Kentucky; brother, Glen Beane and wife Barbara, of Mayfield, Kentucky; as well as one granddaughter, Rachel Beane of Hazel, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. Dr. Jim Simmons and Rev. Jim Harris will officiate. Burial will follow in the Hazel Cemetery. Visitation will be held on November 10, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home.
